ONE MALAYSIA COMMUNITY CONSTRUCTION

For this construction for real assignment project, our site is Penang 2: Bukit Jenaton,

Leaded by TH Rusli, and our team leader Lam Kar Fai, we headed to Bukit Jenaton, which is situated in USM campus on 9am 2nd October 2009.

Our team is divided into two smaller groups, one doing the tagging of plant identification, displaying plant’s local name, vernacular/botanic names and family.

TH Rusli brief about the flora and habitats of the wilds in Bukit Jenaton.

The other team gets their hands and legs busy by setting up water sprinkler system suspended at 10-25 feet in height to propagate the growth of the herbaceous species on the jungle floor and shrub level.

Puncture holes to make the sprinkle.

Getting down, INTO the forest of Durian Valley, Bukit Jenaton.

And proudly presenting our final product:

THE WATER SPRINKLE!

It was indeed, fun to work out of the studio, once in awhile =)
