My Big Bang !

The Big Bang is the first-year student orientation that our HBP seniors arranged for us.
It started on Friday afternoon until Sunday night.

Friday:

It all started with a futsal match between our HBP lecturers and the students.
This are the shoots I managed to capture in the chaos of cheers.

The pictures will tell you a thousand words
XD

I wonder what they're looking at @.O

The ladies futsal team
Saturday:
Morning-
We gathered in HBP Dataran Merah, this early morning, and we are given:
straws, plastic bags, nylon string, old newspaper, an egg together with a task:
To create a 'Soft Landing' which enable us to release the egg given from 3rd floor and making sure that the egg has no one single crack.

Again, the pictures shall tells you a thousand words,
from the preparation process of the 'Soft Landing'....

... demo part...

It was fun with all the loud cheers and spirits!

Night-
This is, according to out seniors, the most exciting part out of the whole orientation programs.
EXPLO-RACE, in the night time, a rainy night.

We went through 8 different pit stops where we were given different clues for the next destinations.
Team work have to be shown in order to complete our tasks in time.
Intellectual and skills are one of the keys as well...

Sunday:
We're in the preparation of our Grand Dinner tonight.
All groups are given a title to prepare a performance for tonight's dinner.
All titles are based on the theme 'Metamorphosis'.
My group is with the title 'Movie Metamorphosis'.
We planned to have different era's cartoon as representative of the development of the cartoons in different years.
We have chosen 'Snow White' the oldest Disney Princess, coming up with 'Cinderella', 'Peter Pan', and the latest cartoon favorited by the children, 'Ipin & Upin'.

We enjoyed the dinner while having our barbecue chicken as our dinner that night.
Our orientation shall ends with performances from all first-year students as well as the seniors.
I believed everyone had a great time chit-chatting, cheering and the most inportant part i knowing new friends and seniors.

Thank You...
